Privlaka

Picturesque holiday paradise

Beaches as far as the eye can see... the region of Zadar in the north of Dalmatia is known for its beautiful flat sandy beaches. Privlaka is a small, charming holiday resort on a sunny peninsula. With more than 2540 hours of sunshine per year, sun worshippers get their money's worth. Those interested in culture will be enchanted by the rich history and timeless beauty of the local churches. And as a reward, beach bars, cafés, and local restaurants, the konobas, tempt with culinary specialities for every taste.

Zadar – Enchanting port town

Only 15 kilometres away awaits Zadar, the charming port town with a magical touch. From the cultural heritage – like the church of St. Chrysogonus, the church of St. Donatus, or the land gate (Porta Terraferma) – to tourist attractions like the sea organ or the light play monument, you’ll find something for every taste. Including a very vibrant nightlife.

A true island paradise

Turquoise waters, untouched nature: the Zadar archipelago

Dugi Otok ("Long Island") is the seventh largest island in the Adriatic and an absolute oasis of peace. Part of the island, which is over 45 kilometres long, is now a nature park and delights visitors with its white, steep cliffs and breathtaking views. On the south-eastern part of the island, quiet bays and the sandy beach of Sakarun invite you to relax.

A real insider tip is the small town of Nin: the old town is located in a lagoon on a small island created by an artificial channel, which is connected to the mainland by two stone bridges.

The island of Vir is another popular destination for island hoppers. The island is connected to the mainland by a bridge of about 300 meters length – and you can see this bridge directly from your beach house.
